This app is pretty good. It doesn't allow auto fill, which took me a little time to work out. I assume it's a safety feature. Worked fine as long as I manually typed everything in. Hopefully, my cab will come on time tomorrow. Edit: My cab was on time. Great driver, clean and smart car. Their pet friendly vehicles are so important to me, and I've never had a problem when I book a pet friendly car. Updated from 4 to 5 star.

The app sometimes takes a long time to load, and you need to switch away to another app and back again - at which point it will "switch cities" and continue to load - even if you haven't changed location! This is an ongoing bug that has never been fixed. Also - the new VW MULTIVANs that AL use are very high vehicles for elderly people to get into and the app has no ability to request that this type of vehicle is not sent on a booking. Requests to AL for this to be added has fallen on deaf ears

I got hit with a large (and I'm convinced wrong) 'journey amendment' charge over a week after a Black Cab trip with AL. Customer service unhelpful. If I use them again, which is unlikely, I'm going to make sure that I hang onto a paper receipt from the driver and maybe take a photo of the meter.
